The name Cara means friend or loved one.

Copia is based on the idea of abundance, as in Cornucopia.

CaraCopia is my sacred name for my loving connection to nature. She is like an old friend. I long to be with her and listen to what she has to say. She teaches me about life and myself. She is myself.

Note

The World of CaraCopia started from the time I was a child discovering salamanders in the dirt basement, picking strawberries in the garden with a cat on my back, going on family camping trips, skipping next to the cornfields to catch fireflies or laying on my horse’s back to watch the clouds roll by.

However, just being was never enough, fear and anxiety dominate my place in the world until our family moved to BC. Ten years immersed in Nature has given me permission to embrace who I am in the moment. I can finally let go of my performative expectations. Nature is, and always will be, my safe place. It’s my place to flourish and belong. I look forward to sharing that special connection with you.

I believe many experiences can cause a person to feel their life is controlled, less important or stressful. Nature brings us together.
