We encourage everyone to set an intention for their session and bring or purchase one of our trail specific journals if you want to write down anything meaningful to remember later. This gives you the opportunity to lean into a deeper personal experience. Or, just enjoy observing what’s around you. Feel free to let CaraCopia know what kind of experience you’re looking for during introductions.
